My experience was seamless from booking my appointment online and attending my appointment. I was welcomed and spoken to politely and everything was explained to me step by step. All the tests were explained and the information and advice that was given was clear and test re-booked for 2 years.

Very profesional and friendly. Althought i had no problem with my eyes, it was just a routine check up, i did not feeled rushed or anything like that and the check was very thorough. I cannot fault the service and definetelly will use them again. Strongly reccomend.

I am sorry to say that but very poor customer service you need to recruit well trained staff and store manager to manage the store. I used to have my glasses and my family with you , but now we think specsaver are more professional than boots optician.

despite being busy I didn't feel rushed and felt relaxed and pleased with how I was dealt with. My eye test was done by Amy who pointed out things that needed to be dealt with. I was to be referred to Moorfields at Bedford Hospital. Jaslin has a very nice way about her and took plenty of time helping me choose my glasses going through all the options available.
